Job description
Lean Technologies, the first regulated open banking and open finance company in MENA, is hiring a Talent Partner in Riyadh to lead end-to-end recruitment across Commercial and Business functions. Open only to Saudi nationals, this role is central to Leanās growth strategy and regulatory commitments in KSA. The Talent Partner will own full recruitment cycles, build diverse talent pipelines, leverage market insights, and promote Leanās employer brand. Backed by top-tier investors and operating across UAE and KSA, Lean has raised $67.5M Series B and powers leading clients like Binance, Careem, and Etisalat Group.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment campaigns from role kick-off through to candidate signature for entry level to senior positions.
- Identify the best sourcing channels in KSA to build and maintain diverse talent pools.
- Leverage market insights to provide data-informed recommendations to hiring managers and executives.
- Analyse recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes and performance.
- Help promote Leanās employer brand in Saudi by providing a positive candidate experience.
- Represent Lean at industry events, job fairs, and establish relationships with top universities in Saudi.
- Utilise Ashby Applicant Tracking System to manage recruitment campaigns, candidate communication, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Experience & skills
- Proven track record of hiring GTM roles including Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Managers.
- Startup/scale-up hiring experience preferred.
- Experience utilising an Applicant Tracking System.
- Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and local hiring practices in Saudi.
- Experience leveraging market insights to drive recruitment decisions.
- Strong data analysis capabilities applied to recruitment metrics.
- Saudi nationality required.
