A leading organization in Qatar is seeking a System Development Director to lead the design, enhancement, integration, and modernization of customer-facing digital platforms and core internal systems as part of a large-scale digital transformation and customer experience strategy. The role is accountable for developing new digital products and services using agile methodologies and customer-centric design principles, improving existing portals and systems for performance and usability, and modernizing legacy IT platforms to increase automation, scalability, and operational efficiency. The position oversees system integration with government entities, financial institutions, and third-party platforms, ensures compliance with enterprise architecture standards and cybersecurity protocols, and leads teams across product development, quality assurance, and data analytics. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across operations, customer experience, marketing, legal, and compliance, while leveraging data-driven approaches and emerging technology trends to maintain a competitive digital advantage and deliver secure, high-impact digital public services at national scale.
