Job description
The Director – Key Accounts role is responsible for developing and executing revenue growth strategies for AD Ports Group in alignment with the company’s 5X5 Corporate Strategy, working closely with Corporate Commercial Leaders to drive increased revenue from strategic and key clients. The role involves reviewing and overseeing key client proposals to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives, supervising the effectiveness of initiatives upon completion of collaborations, and contributing to market data and trends research to identify growth opportunities. The position builds strategic perspectives for key accounts, shares account vision with internal clusters, and supports the achievement of exponential revenue growth targets. The Director ensures coordination with internal departments to deliver optimal services, pricing, and contractual terms to key clients, while acting as the primary point of contact between AD Ports Group leadership and key accounts. Responsibilities include transitioning key accounts into global accounts to support AD Ports Group’s international footprint expansion across geographical clusters, overseeing the implementation of key account management processes, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date data within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The role requires tracking, reporting, and presenting detailed performance data across revenue, retention, and satisfaction metrics, attending trade shows and industry events for networking and market research purposes, and acting as a strategic advisor on market practices while ensuring compliance with AD Ports Group policies and regulations. The position also includes people management responsibilities, engaging with cluster leadership to coordinate internal teams, setting goals and expectations, and driving execution of projects and initiatives aligned with customer value propositions and customer satisfaction excellence.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Possess strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and key account management processes
- Demonstrate experience in business performance analysis, revenue tracking, and data reporting for strategic accounts
- Show capability in market research, sales cycle management, and strategic business development within ports, logistics, or related industries
- Maintain the ability to oversee pricing, contractual terms, and proposal reviews in alignment with corporate strategies and policies
