Job description
Complex, multidisciplinary research and innovation topics need translation into clear, engaging materials for both internal and external audiences, and this Graphic Designer role exists to give Dubai Future Foundation's RDI team that visual support. Applied research, innovation programs, and future-focused studies shape Dubai's strategic direction, and creative materials spanning digital and social media content, research reports, publications, presentations, infographics, and innovation campaign collateral all fall within scope. You will design visual materials across branding, layout design, digital newsletters, data-driven design, and infographics for the department's research and innovation projects. Brand identity and visual communication principles get applied throughout to keep every creative output aligned with DFF's brand standards and messaging. Collaboration with the RDI team and cross-functional stakeholders shapes design concepts for key initiatives and events, while current design trends get researched and incorporated to keep visual communications contemporary and engaging. Complex research findings, concepts, and data get translated into clear, visually compelling infographics and reports. Design documentation, including guidelines, specifications, and creative assets, gets prepared and maintained throughout the creative process. Agile methodologies help manage design projects, priorities, and deliverables, with active participation in team meetings, creative reviews, and feedback sessions supporting quick adaptation across multiple concurrent RDI projects.
