As a Client Engagement & Digital Executive at CHANEL Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in bridging data-driven strategies with personalized client experiences across all touchpoints, both digital and physical. Reporting directly to the Client Engagement and Data Manager, your mandate involves transforming raw client data into actionable insights that drive business growth, developing comprehensive client reports, and mapping local data platforms and tools in alignment with standards established by the Europe Digital team. You will enforce rigorous data governance practices, ensuring data quality, privacy, and security, while promoting adoption and effective use of digital platforms by regional teams, including onboarding new team members and providing ongoing training. In addition, you will oversee the implementation of Clienteling objectives, deliver detailed analytics on KPI performance, and provide insightful recommendations to business teams to optimize client engagement strategies. Your role extends to executing CRM initiatives encompassing email campaigns, messaging, print communications, and evaluating ROI on each action, while supporting retail e-services solutions and the deployment of clienteling digital tools in boutiques. By monitoring KPIs, proposing booster plans for enhanced digital tool adoption, and conducting regular boutique visits, you will maintain close connections with operational teams and ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions. You will gather local market feedback and coordinate with the Europe Digital team for tool enhancements, new features, or event-specific requirements. This position requires daily engagement with diverse data sources, advanced data storytelling skills to generate meaningful insights for business decision-making, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and the ability to simplify complex ecosystems for non-expert audiences. Ultimately, your work will directly influence CHANEL Middle East’s ability to deliver highly personalized client experiences and measurable business impact through sophisticated digital engagement and data-driven strategies.

- Transform client data into actionable insights and regular reports to inform business decisions
- Map and manage local data platforms and tools developed by the Europe Digital team
- Identify data discrepancies and enrich client knowledge, ensuring adherence to data privacy and security regulations
- Upskill regional teams on digital clienteling tools and onboarding processes for newcomers
- Support implementation of Clienteling objectives, monitor monthly KPI achievement, and provide actionable insights to business teams
- Execute CRM plans aligned with business strategy, including email, messaging, and print campaigns, and analyze ROI
- Ensure a seamless client journey across all touchpoints, digital and in-store
- Deploy and monitor digital clienteling and retail e-service tools in boutiques
- Propose booster plans to maximize adoption of digital tools based on KPI monitoring
- Gather market needs and feedback for tool enhancement in collaboration with Europe
- Support ad-hoc initiatives tied to connected experiences or digital tools
Experience & skills
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling, CRM, or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and data reporting
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
- Innovation-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to understand broad ecosystems and communicate insights to non-experts
- Fluent in English; additional language skills such as Arabic are advantageous
- Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
