Job description
The Senior Project Manager (Cloud Transformation) at Master Works is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale cloud transformation initiatives across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery from planning through to go-live, ensuring successful cloud adoption by overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies. The position requires coordinating cross-functional teams including cloud architects, engineers, security, and data teams, while acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and cloud service providers. The role ensures compliance with governance, security, and regulatory compliance requirements within cloud environments and drives delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting project KPIs, milestones, and financials to senior management and PMO, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans, and supporting cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, strong knowledge of project management practices including scope management, schedule management, budget management, risk management, and dependency management, and proficiency in project reporting and KPI tracking aligned with PMO standards.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrate 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management with proven experience in cloud transformation projects
- Possess hands-on experience delivering projects on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Exhibit strong knowledge of project management practices including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependency management
- Demonstrate experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Show ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders
- Exhibit experience with governance, security, and regulatory compliance in cloud environments
- Demonstrate proficiency in project reporting, KPI tracking, and PMO standards
- Hold or pursue project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
