Job description
The Digital Sales Operations Analyst supports the operational backbone of the Digital Sales function in CEMEA, acting as the central point of coordination across Legal, Finance, Deals, Sales, Marketing, Sales Excellence, Client Success, Implementation, and Product teams. The role streamlines contract workflows and maintains audit-ready documentation, liaises with Product partners to develop standardized agreements and processes for VAS/CMS sales plays, and tracks waiver requests and incentive exceptions with compliance teams. It serves as the operational bridge for cross-functional alignment on sales motions, onboarding processes, and product readiness while supporting escalation management to resolve internal blockers. The Analyst owns the process for aggregating and validating call data from internal systems (e.g., CRM, call tracking tools), collaborates with analytics and IT teams to ensure data accuracy for performance reporting, and supports the development of dashboards and insights for leadership reviews using tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. As the primary point of contact for Client Success and Implementation on operational matters, the role triages and resolves customer service issues with account executives and support teams, monitors SLA adherence, and escalates breaches as needed. Responsibilities require strong understanding of digital sales processes, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics), contract workflows, compliance frameworks and risk mitigation practices, data validation and reporting, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive accountability in a fast-paced, matrixed, hybrid work environment based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
