The Store Manager at adidas Riyadh is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and team management to ensure alignment with brand standards and company objectives. Acting as the face of the adidas brand, the manager drives revenue by connecting with consumers, inspiring sales teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight, operational execution, and hands-on leadership, ensuring that sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational efficiency goals are met. The manager fosters a culture of consumer centricity, motivating staff to consistently deliver high standards of service, while also maintaining an attractive, safe, and well-organized store environment. They are accountable for driving sales growth, enhancing brand loyalty, coaching and developing the team, and executing visual merchandising and operational standards. The role also includes monitoring stock levels, replenishing merchandise, overseeing cash and financial procedures, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies. As a brand ambassador, the Store Manager promotes adidas values, champions diversity, equity, and inclusion, and contributes to building a motivated, high-performing team that reflects the brand’s culture and ethos.
