Job description
The Aftersales Planning Manager at Al-Futtaim Automotive plays a key role in driving Toyota & Lexus aftersales operations through data-driven strategy and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for developing strategic and annual business plans, analyzing key KPIs (such as VIN visits, sold hours, and parts sales), and identifying performance risks and opportunities. The manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, PDC, and Dealership networks to align aftersales initiatives and lead campaign management, including new product launches and service process improvements. The position also involves overseeing retention product effectiveness (e.g., extended warranties), managing a small team, and reporting to the Senior Planning Manager. The ideal candidate brings strong business analytics, digital tool proficiency (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx), and stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze service data, customer feedback, market trends, and KPIs to identify operational risks and opportunities
- Develop and monitor annual and mid-term aftersales business plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, PDC, and Dealership networks to synchronize aftersales initiatives
- Lead campaign management for aftersales marketing and support new product and process rollouts
- Monitor effectiveness of retention products and provide data-driven feedback to stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a small team to foster performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Experience & skills
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, IT, or Finance
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Demonstrate strong business analytical and data management skills
- Be proficient with digital platforms such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
- Have excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Show proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver KPI-based results
