Job description
The Senior Ad Operations Executive at Property Finder is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital media campaigns across on-site, off-site, and EDM channels using multiple media products such as display, native, sponsored, and email formats. Based at the Dubai headquarters, the role operates within a leading MENA real estate technology platform that connects property seekers with real estate professionals and developers. The position oversees the full advertising lifecycle, ensuring campaign delivery aligns with client KPIs, while monitoring performance metrics including CTRs, CVRs, and lead generation. The role requires hands-on use of Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party ad tags such as DFA/DCM, PointRoll, Sizmek, and JavaScript, with additional knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL considered an advantage. The executive collaborates closely with commercial, design, and cross-functional teams to guide bookings, manage budgets, develop engaging media collateral, analyze campaign performance, conduct market and competitive research, and present comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights, while staying current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including CTRs, CVRs, leads, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with commercial teams to guide bookings and execution throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and performance outcomes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities
- Use data analytics to measure campaign impact, drive data-driven decisions, and identify performance improvements
- Collaborate with design teams to develop advertising copy, media collateral, and visual assets
- Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, tools, and advertising best practices
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ad operations or digital media campaign management
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Have hands-on experience with third-party ad tags such as DFA/DCM, PointRoll, Sizmek, and JavaScript
- Possess experience developing and executing media advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms
- Have the ability to draft content for media collateral and advertising artworks
- Demonstrate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL as an added advantage
