Job description
The Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales role is based in Dubai, UAE, and operates within Dubizzle Cars, part of the Dubizzle Group, a leading online marketplace and classified brand serving millions of users across the UAE. The role focuses on managing relationships with used car dealer partners, understanding their business needs, and driving revenue growth through upselling of financing, insurance, and car evaluation services. Success in this role is measured by partner retention, service adoption, and overall business growth. Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, onboarding and training new partners on the platform and services, monitoring partner performance, identifying trends, and taking proactive steps to optimize outcomes. The role also involves recommending customized service bundles to enhance partner operations, managing a sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams such as sales, operations, product, and customer support, and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems. The position requires knowledge of the automotive ecosystem, strong B2B communication and negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of automotive dealer partners, managing relationships and ensuring consistent engagement.
- Identify opportunities and upsell financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to partners.
- Drive service adoption to increase partner penetration and commission revenue.
- Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to optimize outcomes.
- Onboard new partners and provide training on effective use of the platform and services.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and close deals to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate partner records and data within CRM software.
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of secondary education.
- Have 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in automotive, fintech, SaaS, or insurance.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the automotive industry and partner ecosystem.
- Have experience using CRM software to manage accounts and track sales.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Exhibit a customer service-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset.
- Have excellent data entry skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
