Job description
The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in supporting the pharmaceutical manufacturing division by developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The role focuses on leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels to proactively identify candidates with specialized expertise, conducting initial screening, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position requires strong networking, market research, and recruitment technology skills to support organizational growth and align talent strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specific expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Utilize recruitment portals like LinkedIn and other social media platforms to proactively search for potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with HR managers and hiring teams to understand specific role requirements and technical qualifications.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in recruitment technologies.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, specifically within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
