Job description
M42 runs more than 480 healthcare facilities across 27 countries, and the strategic vendors behind its IT, Facilities Management, Business Intelligence and Procurement & Supply Chain services need consistent oversight. This Abu Dhabi-based Senior Manager provides that oversight for Enterprise Business Services, acting as the main relationship and escalation point for strategic vendors. A clear governance rhythm sits at the centre, covering performance reviews, executive business reviews, steering committees and escalation forums. The enterprise SLA and KPI framework for strategic contracts is yours, with consistent metric definitions and reliable performance data. Commercial oversight means watching pricing adherence, rate cards, volume commitments, savings evidence, scope creep and off-contract spend. Ahead of key dates, renewal, extension, renegotiation and exit recommendations are built from performance data, benchmarking and contractual risk. Contract governance stays audit-ready through risk and issue registers, breach records and corrective action plans. Senior leadership receives evidence-based reports and recommendations, and assigned team members report to you. Expect to bring 10 to 14 years in strategic vendor management, contract performance or commercial management, advanced Excel and experience with ERP, procure-to-pay or contract management platforms, with CIPS, WorldCC or ITIL certification and Arabic as advantages.
