Job description
As a Food & Beverage Manager ā Waterpark at Atlantis Dubaiās Aquaventure, you will be responsible for implementing the overall F&B strategy, managing operations across multiple outlets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This includes staffing, financial oversight, marketing initiatives, product innovation, and concept development. The role aims to maximize revenue and continuously elevate the guest experience through innovation and operational excellence within the worldās largest waterpark.

Key responsibilities
- Implement the overall strategy of the F&B department in Aquaventure
- Plan and manage overall operation including staffing, financials, and marketing initiatives
- Drive product innovation and develop new food and beverage concepts
- Implement departmental KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Maximise sales and revenue through enhanced customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Oversee the operations of multiple restaurants within Aquaventure Waterpark
- Control food costs and manage inventory effectively
- Lead and inspire team members in a high-paced working environment
- Collaborate with peers and senior colleagues on strategic and operational decisions
- Ensure the continued development and operational excellence of all F&B outlets
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 2-3 yearsā international experience in a similar role at manager level or above
- Proven track record of managing multiple restaurants in a well-known theme park or water park
- Experience in food and beverage concept creation and innovation
- Confidence to work with peers and senior leadership
- Strong business administration and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive high performance in fast-paced environments
