Job description
Graduate hiring at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) runs through a team of AVPs, each with their own portfolio, and this VP sits above them with full accountability for the Graduate Resourcing strategy and operating plan. Emiratization priorities shape almost every decision, from which programs run to how UAE National graduates are placed, developed, progressed and retained across the bank. Day-to-day execution stays with the AVPs and their teams, so your time goes on direction, performance expectations and executive oversight of graduate programs. Senior business and HR leaders rely on you to agree graduate demand, set intake priorities and secure placements for each cohort. Outside the bank, the role builds senior relationships with government entities, universities and educational institutions to strengthen the talent pipeline and FAB's employer brand. Emiratization campaigns, career fairs and university engagement also fall under your oversight. Metrics, dashboards and management information show where delivery is slipping, and acting on material trends, risks and gaps is part of the job. Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management and talent assessment and selection are central to the work. This position is reserved for UAE Nationals with 8+ years in banking, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, and CIPD certification is preferred.

- Build senior relationships with government entities, universities and external partners to strengthen the UAE National talent pipeline and employer brand
- Steer Emiratization campaigns, career fairs, university engagement and targeted attraction initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of candidate assessment and selection approaches with Talent Development
