The Communications Director will lead and shape the overall communication strategy for a prestigious luxury brand across the Middle East region. Based in Dubai, this leadership role involves developing strategic communication plans that strengthen brand awareness, build client engagement, and support business growth. The position requires close collaboration with international teams and regional stakeholders to deliver high-impact communication initiatives that reflect both global brand values and regional cultural nuances.

- Proven experience managing and mentoring communications teams in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Strong media relations experience including building networks with journalists, influencers, and media agencies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
- Experience managing high-profile PR events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Strong understanding of digital communication channels including social media and influencer marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with additional languages such as Arabic or French preferred.
- Strong budget management and reporting experience.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor communication strategies.
- Experience working in regional or international luxury markets.
