Job description
The Manager - Talent Operations at AD Ports Group is responsible for leading the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development services within the Global HR Shared Services division across a complex multi-cluster organization operating in over 50 countries. The role oversees recruitment operations including requisition management, approvals, job postings, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding logistics, and SLA monitoring for hiring timelines and quality metrics. The position also manages Talent Development operations including execution of learning and development programs, training logistics, scheduling, vendor management, learning systems administration, and oversight of graduate and leadership development initiatives. The role standardizes talent processes across all business units and entities, develops SOPs, service catalogues, and RASIs, and implements automation and digital workflows to improve operational efficiency. Governance responsibilities include ensuring adherence to HR policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA) frameworks, audit requirements, documentation accuracy, reporting structures, and support for internal and external audits. The Manager establishes dashboards for recruitment metrics, training effectiveness, SLAs, and utilization, and provides leadership insights on talent pipeline efficiency and development ROI using analytics to support workforce decisions. Strategic responsibilities include developing and executing Talent Operations strategy aligned with workforce and growth plans, translating corporate priorities into operational roadmaps and KPIs, maintaining shared services governance frameworks, acting as operational interface between business units and talent services, conducting service reviews, and implementing feedback-driven improvements. The role also includes people management responsibilities such as leading talent operations teams, setting performance objectives, monitoring service delivery quality, coaching staff, and fostering a service-oriented culture while supporting stakeholder satisfaction and scalable HR service delivery.

- Oversee graduate and leadership development programs and track employee development plans and training completion
- Standardize talent processes across entities and develop SOPs, service catalogues, and RASIs
- Implement automation, digital workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR shared services
- Ensure governance compliance with HR policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and audit requirements
- Develop dashboards and reporting for recruitment metrics, training effectiveness, SLAs, and workforce analytics
- Develop and execute Talent Operations strategy aligned with workforce planning and organizational growth
- Lead talent operations team including coaching, performance management, and service delivery oversight
Experience & skills
- Possess 8-10 years of experience in HR operations or shared services environments
- Demonstrate experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development operations
- Holds Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrate experience managing teams within large matrixed organizations
- Demonstrate experience in HR process standardization and shared services governance
- Apply knowledge of recruitment operations, onboarding logistics, and talent development programs
- Demonstrate experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Ensure knowledge of governance, audit compliance, and Delegation of Authority frameworks
- Demonstrate experience in vendor management and learning systems administration
- Possess strong English language skills with Arabic considered an advantage
