Job description
Citi is seeking a Global Head of Sovereign Wealth Funds and Central Bank Sales to lead and grow a global team, managing senior client relationships, driving revenue, and leading strategic initiatives for its Investor Services segment. The role requires deep market insight, a strong track record in institutional sales, and cross-functional leadership to deliver client-centric, multi-jurisdictional solutions.

- Drive cross-sell initiatives across Citiās services and banking units
- Champion client-focused product and service innovation
- Shape market positioning and thought leadership for the segment
- Ensure compliance and risk standards are adhered to in all engagements
Experience & skills
- 15+ yearsā experience in financial services sales leadership
- Proven record of managing large-scale, multi-country teams
- Strong understanding of institutional investment products and services
- Track record in originating and closing complex financial deals
- Experience working with sovereign institutions and central banks
- Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
