Job description
The Senior Manager β Recruitment Technology & Transformation is responsible for improving recruitment operations through technology, systems, and process optimisation within the Talent Acquisition function. This senior, business-facing role bridges recruiters, TA leadership, vendors, and technology teams to ensure systems support hiring outcomes effectively. The role focuses on TA operations, candidate experience, and process transformation enabled by technology, including managing SuccessFactors Recruiting module, AI-enabled recruitment tools such as HireVue and Leena AI, and broader TA technology ecosystems. The Senior Manager owns the TA technology roadmap, drives system adoption, and ensures alignment with hiring strategy and future workforce needs in a complex, matrixed organisation.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead optimisation and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors Recruiting module from a TA and business perspective
- Support implementation, enhancement, and adoption of AI-enabled recruitment tools (e.g., HireVue, Leena AI)
- Act as TAβs technology project manager, translating recruitment and operational requirements into system and tool solutions
- Partner with recruiters, TA leaders, HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver effective, user-friendly recruitment technology
- Own and manage the TA technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with hiring strategy, scale, and future workforce needs
- Drive system adoption, change management, and process standardisation across recruitment teams
Experience & skills
- Senior Managerβlevel professional with strong Talent Acquisition operations experience
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate journeys
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, SuccessFactors highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage technology-enabled transformation projects within TA
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to operate confidently with senior HR, TA, IT, and business leaders
- Expat profile, comfortable operating in complex, matrixed organisations
