The ServiceNow Operations Manager role within Technology Strategy & Transformation – ServiceNow is responsible for leading projects and providing strategic direction across accounts to deliver a superior client experience while defining how engagements impact broader business objectives and building accountability for meeting those objectives. The position leads the design of the client’s ServiceNow strategy and operating model, ensuring alignment between business strategy and supporting IT strategy, and leads the architecture components of work to design the client’s architecture blueprint across business, integration, data, application, security, and infrastructure layers leveraging ServiceNow’s product suite. The role requires the ability to understand clients baseline architecture, develop roadmaps identifying business impact and benefit, anticipate and articulate broader organizational implications of proposed IT recommendations, and lead the development and automation of IT processes to generate efficiencies. The manager stays current on emerging trends and technologies within the ServiceNow space, drives innovative solutions to improve user experience and enhance IT service delivery, and leads teams to develop robust ServiceNow implementation approaches defining integration points with the broader business. Responsibilities extend to participating and leading proposal development processes, assembling pursuit teams, supporting the ServiceNow sales cycle, driving business development initiatives, and presenting to CxO and VP levels. The role requires industry expertise in Public Sector, Energy & Resources, FSI or TMT, with proven experience delivering ServiceNow strategy, operating model and/or Enterprise Architecture projects. It involves managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within consulting, vendor, or enterprise IT environments, applying Enterprise software Implementation, Digital Transformation, ServiceNow Strategy, and Enterprise Architecture competencies. The position also requires certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, ServiceNow Certified Implementor, and related methodologies including PMP, TOGAF, Zachman, Lean, Six Sigma, and BPR techniques, along with excellent knowledge of MS Office applications especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel, strong English language proficiency, Arabic as a plus, and willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.

- Lead the architecture components to design the ServiceNow architecture blueprint across business, integration, data, application, security, and infrastructure layers leveraging ServiceNow’s product suite.
- Develop roadmaps based on clients baseline architecture identifying business impact and benefit and articulate broader organizational implications of IT recommendations.
- Lead the development and automation of IT processes to generate efficiencies within the function and enhance IT service delivery.
- Manage large, complex projects with 12+ resources within consulting, vendor, or enterprise IT environments and oversee robust ServiceNow implementation including defined integration points.
- Participate in and lead proposal development processes, assemble pursuit teams, support the ServiceNow sales cycle, and drive business development initiatives.
- Stay current on emerging trends and technologies within the ServiceNow space and recommend innovative approaches to analyzing data and solving problems to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Present solutions to CxO and VP levels, manage client relationships beyond immediate engagement needs, and serve as a trusted advisor across Public Sector, Energy & Resources, FSI or TMT sectors.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 10+ years of ServiceNow or relevant consulting or industry experience with strong exposure to ServiceNow Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise software Implementation.
- Hold multiple ServiceNow mainline accreditations including ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect and ServiceNow Certified Implementor certifications.
- Possess proven experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team.
- Exhibit industry expertise in Public Sector, Energy & Resources, FSI or TMT with proven experience delivering ServiceNow strategy, operating model and/or Enterprise Architecture projects.
- Demonstrate experience in the ServiceNow sales cycle and business development with a high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels.
- Show competency in one or more areas including ServiceNow Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise software Implementation within complex environments.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering; MBA or relevant Master degree is a plus.
- Maintain certifications in related methodologies including PMP, TOGAF, Zachman, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR techniques and implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel with good command of written and spoken English language; Arabic is a plus.
- Exhibit willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time and ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment with flexible work hours.
