Accurate pay at ADCB starts with spotting employee changes that affect allowance parameters in the payroll system, and this Al Ain-based analyst runs the data analytics that catch them. SLA reports track achievement against KPIs and approved Turnaround Times (TATs), showing where HR Operations meets its thresholds and where it falls short. HR review presentations and performance dashboards turn those numbers into material that supports decisions. Operational reports and ad hoc MIS requests also come through you. Automation of key HR data and MIS processes keeps information current and accurate. Maintenance of HR operations data is overseen to confirm inputs and outputs meet internal requirements and policy. At least 4 years in an MIS function performing data analytics is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialisation and knowledge of banking HR management systems. The position is open to UAE Nationals only on a 3-year fixed-term contract.
