The Bid Manager at Salesforce supports the Global Public Sector Business Unit by leading the coordination and development of RFx responses—including RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited proposals—for cloud-based SaaS and PaaS solutions across UAE and KSA. This role involves managing bid plans and schedules, collaborating with internal teams (sales, legal, engineering, compliance), tailoring content to public sector procurement requirements, and ensuring high-quality submissions. The position is key in supporting Salesforce’s business growth across public, nonprofit, and education sectors by enhancing win rates and aligning proposals with local procurement regulations. The role also involves maintaining a knowledge repository, supporting process scalability, and mentoring junior bid team members as required. Arabic and English fluency are mandatory, and the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development, preferably within the technology consulting or cloud industry. APMP or PMP certification and prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms are preferred.
