The Senior Consultant – Security Operations (F5 & Pulse) role at Infosys involves comprehensive technical management and control of complex network security environments. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role focuses on Security Operations with deep expertise in F5 and Pulse technologies. The consultant is responsible for guiding offshore teams, collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, planning and implementing network and security changes, and performing second-level error analysis and troubleshooting. The position operates within Infosys’ delivery domain, supporting enterprise-grade environments with advanced security, monitoring, and compliance requirements, including PCI standards. The role spans load balancers, web application firewalls, global server load balancing, remote access VPNs, firewall configurations, OPSWAT MetaDefender, and hybrid cloud networking, while also covering Linux and Windows system administration, automation, and alerting within a fast-paced operational environment.
