Job description
Huda Beauty, one of the worldâs fastest-growing beauty brands founded by Huda Kattan, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Management Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role focuses on nurturing and growing the brandâs vibrant global community across social media, digital platforms, and offline activations. As the brandâs voice, the Community Management Executive will engage authentically with followers, customers, influencers, and brand advocates to foster meaningful connections and enhance brand loyalty. Responsibilities include managing daily interactions across platforms, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring the brandâs tone remains consistent and inclusive. The position also involves identifying and building relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and key community members, as well as supporting community-led campaigns, giveaways, and events. The ideal candidate will track community sentiment, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to internal teams to refine engagement strategies. This role requires a mix of creativity, empathy, and analytical thinking, with a deep understanding of social media best practices, beauty industry trends, and consumer behavior. The Community Management Executive will also support offline initiatives, including pop-ups and activations, to strengthen Huda Beautyâs connection with its audience and reinforce its commitment to kindness, inclusivity, and empowerment.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the brandâs voice and engage with the online community across social media, forums, and digital platforms in an authentic and timely manner
- Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster positive relationships with the community
- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and loyal community members to enhance engagement and advocacy
- Monitor community sentiment and trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams
- Support the execution of community-driven campaigns, contests, and giveaways to drive participation and engagement
- Prepare and share regular social listening and sentiment reports with recommendations for engagement improvement
- Moderate brand-owned and third-party digital spaces to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
- Assist in planning and executing offline activations such as pop-ups, events, and community meet-ups to strengthen audience relationships
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and digital teams to align community initiatives with overall brand strategies
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in managing direct messages and private communications on behalf of the brand and its founder
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 2â3 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing within the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industries
- Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and platform-specific best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging, brand-appropriate tone
- Passion for beauty and strong awareness of industry trends and consumer preferences
- Ability to interpret community data and convert insights into actionable engagement strategies
- Experience with influencer management and brand advocacy programs preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and sound judgment when managing sensitive communications
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
