Huda Beauty, one of the world’s fastest-growing beauty brands founded by Huda Kattan, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Management Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role focuses on nurturing and growing the brand’s vibrant global community across social media, digital platforms, and offline activations. As the brand’s voice, the Community Management Executive will engage authentically with followers, customers, influencers, and brand advocates to foster meaningful connections and enhance brand loyalty. Responsibilities include managing daily interactions across platforms, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring the brand’s tone remains consistent and inclusive. The position also involves identifying and building relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and key community members, as well as supporting community-led campaigns, giveaways, and events. The ideal candidate will track community sentiment, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to internal teams to refine engagement strategies. This role requires a mix of creativity, empathy, and analytical thinking, with a deep understanding of social media best practices, beauty industry trends, and consumer behavior. The Community Management Executive will also support offline initiatives, including pop-ups and activations, to strengthen Huda Beauty’s connection with its audience and reinforce its commitment to kindness, inclusivity, and empowerment.
