Job description
The Regional Solutions Consultant role at Honeywell is a senior, customer-facing position focused on driving digital transformation and outcome-based solutions across the Oil & Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for identifying customer operational challenges and translating them into high-value, outcome-driven solutions aligned with business optimization and digital transformation objectives. The position leads enterprise pursuits by building qualified pipelines, framing use cases, preparing and delivering C-level and technical presentations, and developing comprehensive value propositions leveraging Honeywell Connected Industrial solutions including Advanced Process Control, plant-wide optimization, simulation, blending optimization, energy efficiency optimization, Asset Performance Management, and UOP unit optimization. The role leads diagnostic workshops and site studies, analyzes historical operational data, performs gap assessments, develops improvement roadmaps, and consolidates findings into detailed reports and presentations. In addition, the role acts as an internal transformation agent by supporting standardized value proposition development, delivering sales and consulting training, reviewing growth opportunities through product development and partnerships, and leading external webinars, while working closely with sales, product, engineering, and consulting teams across Honeywell.

Key responsibilities
- Identify customer challenges and drive outcome-based solutions with defined value propositions
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline for enterprise digital transformation pursuits
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations to C-level executives, plant managers, and process engineering stakeholders
- Lead proposal development in collaboration with vertical consultants, product, engineering, and support teams
- Assess customer requirements and align solutions with digital transformation objectives
- Develop value propositions leveraging Honeywell Connected Industrial portfolio solutions
- Present and promote solutions addressing customer challenges and business objectives
- Lead on-site diagnostic workshops and studies to assess current practices and value opportunities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret historical operational data to develop hypotheses and gap analyses
- Develop improvement roadmaps and consolidate findings into detailed reports and presentations
- Support development of standardized value propositions and deliver sales and consulting training
- Review and analyze growth opportunities through product development, partnerships, and integrations
- Prepare and lead external webinars and customer-facing knowledge-sharing sessions
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering
- Demonstrate a minimum of fifteen years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, or Petrochemical industries with focus on plant operations or process engineering
- Demonstrate experience in consultative-led opportunity creation and closure with senior customer stakeholders
- Apply working knowledge of advanced industrial software solutions including APC, simulation, asset management, analytics, and artificial intelligence
- Demonstrate experience in process optimization, reliability, sustainability, and outcome-based operational improvement domains
- Demonstrate capability in technical writing, proposal preparation, and executive-level communication
- Demonstrate ability to influence and collaborate within matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrate familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and emerging mandates
