The Graphic Designer role is focused on creating premium, high-impact visual assets across digital and marketing channels for a luxury-to-affordable bridge retail department store with a 106-year legacy of craftsmanship and brand heritage. The role requires the creation of homepage banners, hero visuals, landing pages, campaign artworks, seasonal storytelling assets, emailers/newsletters, and social media creatives including static graphics, motion content, reels, and GIFs. The designer must ensure all outputs reflect a premium, clean, editorial, and conversion-focused aesthetic aligned with the brand identity and visual standards of Jashanmal. Responsibilities include building and executing visual systems for seasonal campaigns such as Eid, Ramadan, Back to School, White Wednesday, and Christmas, ensuring consistency and elevated visual quality across all touchpoints. The role demands strong collaboration with marketing, CRM, social media, category management, UI/UX teams, photographers, and retouchers to translate commercial and product narratives into compelling visual stories. The designer is expected to maintain strong adherence to typography, spacing, grid systems, color theory, and layout principles while adapting global luxury design aesthetics to a Middle Eastern market context. A strong understanding of CRO-conscious design principles is required, including optimization of visual hierarchy, CTA placement, readability, and responsive design adaptation. The role also emphasizes speed, precision, and ownership in delivering high-quality creative output under tight deadlines in a fast-paced digital retail environment. The Graphic Designer is expected to continuously evolve brand aesthetics, improve design quality standards, and contribute to the elevation of the overall digital design system across all channels.

- Create homepage banners, hero visuals, landing pages, campaign artworks, and seasonal storytelling assets with premium, conversion-focused, and editorial-quality design execution.
- Design emailers and newsletters with strong visual hierarchy, refined typography, and structured layouts aligned with luxury retail brand standards.
- Develop high-impact social media content including static posts, motion graphics, reels, and GIFs optimized for platform-specific engagement and brand consistency.
- Build and execute visual systems for major retail campaigns including Eid, Ramadan, Back to School, White Wednesday, and Christmas.
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all digital touchpoints while continuously improving visual quality and design standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, marketing, CRM, and category management teams to translate product and business requirements into compelling visual narratives.
- Coordinate with photographers and retouchers to ensure alignment between photography output and graphic design composition.
- Manage multiple design deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in spacing, alignment, typography, and overall visual polish.
Experience & skills
- Apply at least 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, editorial, or high-end digital agency environments.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and working knowledge of Figma.
- Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing homepage banners, emailers, campaign visuals, and social media assets for premium or luxury brands.
- Apply strong understanding of premium design aesthetics including typography, grid systems, minimalism, and editorial layout principles.
- Use CRO-focused digital design principles including visual hierarchy, CTA placement, and responsive design adaptation for digital platforms.
- Translate abstract creative briefs and product collections into cohesive and visually compelling digital assets.
- Adapt global luxury design trends into culturally relevant Middle Eastern market executions.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high design quality and attention to detail.
