Job description
Fraud across Etisalat is caught and stopped through a policy and control framework that this Fraud Management Specialist in Dubai helps run. Day to day, the work centres on system-generated alerts and reports, where suspicious activity needs spotting and analysing quickly. Detection platforms also need care, from configuration and regular health checks to upgrades coordinated with IT and vendor teams. New rules, algorithms and parameters are added as fraud patterns change, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives are part of the project pipeline. Keeping track of new commercial propositions and technical enhancements helps you flag risk areas before they turn into losses. Other departments rely on your recommendations on fraud risks and cases, and management receives regular dashboards and reports. External contact includes the Telecom Regulator and law enforcement authorities. Emiratized candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT or a related field and 2 to 3 years in telecom are invited to apply.
