Job description
Accenture is seeking a UAE National Data & AI Consultant for its Song division in Dubai to help clients apply artificial intelligence, analytics, and data science to marketing and customer engagement. The consultant bridges technical innovation and strategic marketing advisory, translating business challenges into data-driven, AI-enabled solutions. This role involves designing machine learning models, developing customer insights, and leading AI adoption for marketing automation, personalization, and predictive analytics. It combines hands-on data modeling with strategic client-facing consulting, supporting both Emiratization and UAE talent development goals within Accentureās innovation ecosystem.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define business challenges and design AI/ML-based marketing solutions (e.g., segmentation, predictive analytics, recommendation systems)
- Build and implement AI/ML models for customer engagement, personalization, and retention
- Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations that drive marketing ROI
- Integrate data pipelines with marketing technology platforms (CRM, CDP, marketing automation tools)
- Assess and deploy Agentic AI and autonomous systems for marketing optimization
- Deliver marketing analytics including attribution, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifetime value analysis
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- Advise senior leaders on AI adoption, ethical data use, and digital marketing transformation
- Lead workshops and client enablement sessions on generative AI and predictive modeling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, strategists, and designers to execute data-driven campaigns
Experience & skills
- 4+ years of experience in AI, data analytics, or marketing technology consulting
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts including NLP, recommendation systems, and generative AI
- Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience deploying AI models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong analytical and communication skills with client-facing consulting experience
- Bachelorās degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Marketing Analytics (Masterās preferred)
- Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles and data governance in marketing contexts
