Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture Consultant role within Accenture Strategy & Consulting responsible for delivering technology-enabled transformation initiatives across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role operates within Accenture, a leading global professional services company providing Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X and Song services, leveraging leadership in cloud, data and AI, ecosystem partnerships, global delivery capability, and industry expertise. The consultant is responsible for driving structured, data-driven consulting engagements focused on business and technology value architecting and realization. The role includes identifying and prioritizing value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology through assessment activities, high-level vision alignment, performance gap analysis, and organizational needs evaluation. The consultant independently leads small engagements or workstreams end-to-end including client satisfaction, value delivered, team management, and financial oversight. Responsibilities include business development support, identifying and nurturing pull-through opportunities, collaborating with internal and client stakeholders, aligning business and technology priorities, and delivering advisory and implementation services across IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, and cloud. The role also requires cross-industry delivery capability with preferred domain exposure in Banking, Telecommunications (Telcos), Oil & Gas, and Government sectors. The consultant develops thought leadership assets, contributes to technology strategy communities of practice, engages senior management stakeholders, steers strategic recommendations, obtains buy-in for transformation initiatives, and proactively builds business knowledge including MBA-level or business school learning to support enterprise transformation and digital strategy execution.

Key responsibilities
- Drive structured data-driven consulting engagements to identify and solve complex technology business problems and deliver strategic insights aligned with enterprise architecture and technology strategy objectives
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology using assessment activities, performance gap analysis, high-level vision alignment, and business needs evaluation
- Lead small engagements or workstreams end-to-end including delivery management, client satisfaction, team management, financial performance, and value realization
- Support business development efforts by identifying and nurturing pull-through opportunities and collaborating with client stakeholders and Accenture teams until successful sale closure
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align business and technology priorities across IT strategy, Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, and cloud initiatives
- Develop thought leadership assets and contribute to technology strategy communities of practice while creating market-relevant insights and recommendations
- Engage with senior client management to steer strategic recommendations, obtain buy-in, and define alternative approaches for technology transformation initiatives
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience in technology strategy consulting, enterprise architecture engagements, and data-driven consulting approaches including business and technology value architecting, value realization frameworks, assessment activities, performance gap analysis, and alignment of high-level business vision with technology execution strategies across enterprise transformation programs
- Possess hands-on experience across core technology strategy offerings including IT strategy, Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model design, data & analytics, and cloud computing, with the ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps and architecture recommendations supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
- Demonstrate experience in technology advisory and/or technology implementation engagements including planning, solution evaluation, architecture design support, and execution oversight while delivering measurable value outcomes aligned with enterprise architecture and technology strategy frameworks
- Demonstrate ability to independently lead small engagements or workstreams end-to-end including delivery governance, client stakeholder engagement, team coordination, financial tracking, value delivery, and risk mitigation while ensuring alignment with Accenture delivery standards and transformation objectives
- Possess cross-industry consulting experience with exposure to Banking, Telecommunications (Telcos), Oil & Gas, and Government sectors including understanding of domain-specific technology transformation challenges, enterprise architecture considerations, and regulatory or operational requirements within these industries
- Demonstrate experience supporting business development initiatives including identifying pull-through opportunities, contributing to proposal development, collaborating with client stakeholders, and supporting sales lifecycle activities until successful closure of consulting and technology strategy engagements
- Demonstrate capability to develop thought leadership content, contribute to technology strategy communities of practice, and create market-relevant insights, recommendations, and strategic frameworks aligned with emerging technology trends including cloud, data & analytics, and enterprise architecture modernization
- Possess proactive business knowledge acquisition including business school exposure or MBA-level education, with the ability to combine business strategy, operating model considerations, and technology transformation initiatives to deliver comprehensive enterprise architecture and technology strategy advisory services
