The Sales Account Manager (Real Estate Digital Advertising Platform) role at Bayut, part of the Dubizzle Group, is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the real estate industry and supporting their business needs through tailored platform solutions offered through the Bayut marketplace. Bayut and dubizzle are iconic homegrown brands with a strong presence across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates and collectively connect millions of users across the country while providing the best online search experience. As part of the Dubizzle Group portfolio of five classified brands, the platforms serve more than 123 million monthly users who rely on the ecosystem for their marketplace and property search needs. In this role, the Sales Account Manager manages the full sales cycle from initial engagement with potential customers through to closing deals, while actively developing and maintaining positive relationships with real estate industry clients. The position involves prospecting for potential customers through direct sales methods such as cold calling and face-to-face meetings as well as indirect prospecting techniques including networking and social selling within the assigned sales territory. The role requires qualifying prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and identifying potential sales opportunities within the territory. The Sales Account Manager consults with prospects to understand business challenges and requirements while presenting the company’s platform offerings and explaining cost benefits associated with available solutions. The role requires maintaining a high level of relevant domain knowledge regarding the company’s products, services, market positioning, and customer account needs to support meaningful sales conversations. Responsibilities include drafting and delivering sales proposals, reporting on sales activity through Daily Visit Report documentation, maintaining detailed records of prospect and client interactions through CRM opportunity management processes, and updating opportunities for effective follow-up. The position also includes sales forecasting responsibilities by providing best-case and most likely sales volume projections across relevant time periods. The Sales Account Manager collaborates with the Marketing department to plan and execute lead generation campaigns and contributes strategic insights by providing feedback to sales management regarding methods to decrease the sales cycle, improve sales performance, and enhance company branding and reputation. Additionally, the role involves sharing market intelligence with company management including market trends, competitive threats, unmet customer needs, and opportunities to extend company offerings to deliver greater value to customers. The Sales Account Manager represents the company and its brand professionally in the marketplace and is expected to conduct all sales activities with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity while contributing to a high-performing and multicultural environment within the Dubizzle Group organization.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle by driving the entire process from initial customer engagement through prospect qualification, consultative selling discussions, proposal drafting, and closed sales while ensuring alignment with company sales processes and revenue objectives within the assigned sales territory.
- Prospect for potential customers within the real estate industry using direct sales methods including cold calling and face-to-face meetings as well as indirect methods such as networking and social selling to generate new leads and expand the client portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Qualify potential prospects against company criteria for ideal customers by evaluating client requirements, assessing sales opportunities, and identifying prospects that align with Bayut’s marketplace solutions and digital advertising offerings.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, operational requirements, and marketing objectives while presenting available platform solutions and explaining cost benefits associated with different service options and advertising packages.
- Maintain a high level of domain knowledge related to the company’s products, services, financial offerings, real estate market environment, and client account needs in order to conduct meaningful business discussions and provide strategic value to prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare, draft, and deliver professional sales proposals to prospects and clients while clearly outlining service offerings, platform benefits, and commercial structures designed to support customer business objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities including preparing Daily Visit Report updates, recording prospect and customer interactions, updating opportunities within CRM systems, and ensuring detailed notes are maintained for effective follow-up and account management.
- Provide sales forecasting insights by reporting best-case and most likely sales volumes for relevant time periods while collaborating with the Marketing department to support lead generation campaigns and sharing feedback with company leadership on market trends, competitive threats, unmet customer needs, and opportunities to improve offerings and strengthen company branding.
Experience & skills
- Hold a minimum of secondary education qualification with preference given to candidates possessing a Bachelor’s degree relevant to sales, business, marketing, or related commercial disciplines.
- Possess 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or business development roles with exposure to managing sales cycles, prospecting clients, and closing commercial deals within a defined territory.
- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of sales processes including prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, proposal drafting, negotiation, and sales forecasting within a structured sales environment.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license to support client meetings, face-to-face sales activities, territory management, and direct engagement with real estate industry clients across Dubai and surrounding emirates.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships within the real estate industry while managing a portfolio of customer accounts and delivering effective customer relationship management practices.
- Show ability to report and manage sales activity including preparing Daily Visit Reports, maintaining CRM opportunity updates, documenting prospect interactions, and supporting accurate forecasting of sales performance.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation capabilities to effectively present platform solutions, explain commercial value propositions, and close deals with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Show flexibility to continuously learn new products and services offered by the company while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the business, financials, market environment, customer account needs, and the evolving real estate marketplace ecosystem.
