Job description
DHL Express UAE is hiring a Graphic Designer in Dubai, open to UAE Nationals, to create on-brand marketing materials across the company's marketing, communications, employee engagement and commercial initiatives. Business requirements turn into creative concepts here, covering digital and print channels while staying consistent with DHL's global brand identity and visual standards. You'll design assets ranging from social media posts and email banners to brochures, flyers, posters, roll-up banners, event collateral, internal communications, presentations and infographics. Campaign visuals get conceptualized and executed alongside the Marketing team, supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, corporate events, sponsorships and employee engagement activities. Digital and multimedia work spans websites, social platforms and email marketing, along with basic photo editing, video content, animation or motion graphics when needed. Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, carry most of the production work, with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Microsoft PowerPoint valued additions. Multiple design requests run in parallel, prioritized and delivered against agreed timelines while liaising with external agencies, printers, photographers and other vendors as needed. Quality checks cover accuracy, consistency, spelling, dimensions, colour and production specifications before anything gets released, and an organized library of design files, templates and brand assets keeps the whole operation running smoothly. A bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing or a related field is required, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
