Job description
The Sales Executive at Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is responsible for generating new business by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity. The role involves developing and maintaining customer accounts, negotiating corporate rates and packages, implementing creative marketing strategies including social media channels, and preparing contracts in line with business strategies and pricing policies. The Sales Executive collaborates with internal hotel departments to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue across all streams. They are accountable for producing accurate reports for the Sales Director and senior management, addressing customer queries professionally, and representing the hotel to clients and at sales events.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify and generate new business leads for the hotel.
- Develop customer accounts and engage with clients within the local area to drive business and increase market share across all revenue streams.
- Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients to maximize profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including leveraging social media platforms to promote the hotel.
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in compliance with current business strategies, pricing conditions, and policies.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences and implement comprehensive sales programs.
- Attend sales events as required to represent the hotel and network with potential clients.
- Produce accurate and timely reports detailing appointments, calls made, business leads, and performance metrics for the Sales Director and senior management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide high-quality service at all times.
