Foodics has processed over 6 billion orders and secured significant funding including a $170 million round, positioning it as a leading SaaS company in the MENA region. The role is designed to act as a critical bridge between Foodics and its reselling partners, combining partnership development, account management, and revenue growth responsibilities.\n\nThe position focuses on driving partner success through both strategic relationship management and data-driven performance optimization. The specialist is responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities aligned with company strategy through structured market research, evaluating potential collaborators, and developing comprehensive partnership proposals, pitch decks, and presentations using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.\n\nA key aspect of the role involves maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with existing partners by acting as the primary point of contact. This includes managing partner expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining high engagement and satisfaction levels across the partner ecosystem.\n\nThe role also encompasses commercial and contractual responsibilities, including negotiating pricing structures, revenue-sharing models, and contractual agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance teams. This requires a strong understanding of SaaS business models, financial implications, and compliance requirements, as well as ensuring partners adhere to agreed contract terms and invoicing processes.\n\nPerformance management is central to the role, requiring the specialist to ensure partners meet quarterly, semi-annual, and annual goals. This includes preparing detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports, leveraging data analysis capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements to partner performance.\n\nCross-functional collaboration is essential, as the specialist works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives. This includes supporting partner onboarding processes, delivering training, and contributing to campaigns, product launches, and co-marketing efforts that drive joint success.\n\nThe role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage partner pipelines, track performance, and maintain accurate records of partner interactions and agreements. Additionally, the specialist must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to interpret data trends and translate them into strategic actions that improve revenue and partner outcomes.\n\nOperating in a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS environment, the role offers exposure to multinational operations, diverse markets, and advanced partnership ecosystems, requiring adaptability, precision in execution, and the ability to balance relationship management with data-driven decision-making while contributing directly to revenue growth and partner ecosystem expansion.
