Job description
Be part of the PCAT Team under Private Banking at Bank Muscat. The role involves active sourcing of new bank relationships, acquiring new fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, and managing Premier Banking segment clients. The Relationship Manager will report to the Head of Premier Banking Sales and will focus on both new client acquisition and relationship retention with high-net-worth individuals.

Key responsibilities
- Actively source new to bank relationships, fixed deposits, loans, and credit cards.
- Meet sales and financial targets including new account openings and asset growth.
- Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients to enhance and retain relationships.
- Plan and execute sales activities including prospecting, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare file notes and summarize client meeting outcomes and actions.
- Identify growth opportunities in target segments and offer relevant bank products.
- Leverage corporate banking links to reach top executive prospects.
- Research competitors' wealth management offerings and systems.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly to needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to broaden client relationships with the bank.
- Contribute to new product development based on client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Investment Management, or Accounting.
- 5ā7 years of experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Disciplined and proactive with strong marketing aptitude.
- Around 30 years old or younger preferred.
