Job description
The Forex Introducing Broker (IB) is responsible for developing and managing client relationships across the MENA region while promoting forex trading services offered by DB Investing. The role focuses on client acquisition, investment advisory, and portfolio support, helping clients access trading opportunities in global financial markets. The Introducing Broker identifies and engages potential clients, analyzes financial market trends, and provides tailored investment solutions based on client needs and market conditions. The position also involves supporting clients in executing trades, monitoring portfolio performance, and maintaining ongoing relationships to drive long-term business growth. Working remotely, the IB collaborates with the sales and partnerships team to expand the company’s presence across GCC and MENA markets while achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client engagement.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across the MENA region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing trading clients
- Provide investment advice and trading solutions tailored to client needs
- Assist clients with trade execution and portfolio management
- Monitor financial markets and analyze trading opportunities
- Maintain client activity records using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal sales and partnerships teams to expand regional market presence
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex trading or financial services
- Strong understanding of MENA financial markets and regulatory environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Familiarity with trading platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
