Job description
The Private Bank β Operations Specialist (DSSA) β Associate supports the Private Banking business in Saudi Arabia, specifically the DSSA platform, by delivering end-to-end operational services that enable high-net-worth client solutions. The role works closely with Front Office teams (Business Heads, Relationship Managers, Client Service Executives, Investment Managers), as well as Compliance, Legal, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), and Business Management. The Associate ensures seamless client onboarding, accurate account setup, regulatory compliance, and operational support for complex financial products. The position also focuses on continuous process enhancement, collaboration with offshore Wealth Management teams, and participation in Agile-driven initiatives to strengthen operational excellence and client service delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Support the Front Office in the complete new client onboarding process, including coordination and review of legal documentation, KYC requirements, and accurate account creation in internal systems.
- Participate in meetings to support complex account structures and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with Business Heads, Relationship Managers, Client Service Executives, Investment Managers, Compliance, Legal, AFC, and Business Management to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Implement new products and support business growth initiatives by ensuring operational readiness and compliance alignment.
- Manage client static data modifications, oversee account closures, and ensure best-in-class client service standards.
- Provide operational oversight for the delivery of innovative and complex financial products, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Track operational progress proactively and follow up with Relationship Managers and Investment Managers to ensure timely completion of onboarding and service requests.
- Continuously assess onboarding and static data processes, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and robustness.
- Advise on process exceptions and complex cases, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with offshore Wealth Management teams to ensure seamless cross-border service delivery and operational support.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to Agile-driven projects and support change initiatives within the Private Bank platform.
- Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with professional development and team objectives as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline (Masterβs degree preferred).
- 3β5 years of experience in Operations, ideally within an international Private Bank or Wealth Management environment.
- Strong understanding of Private Banking products, client onboarding processes, KYC, and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in both strategic thinking and execution.
- Proven problem-solving ability, including managing complex issues under pressure.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced banking environment.
