Job description
Procore is a leading provider of project management software for the construction industry, delivering a world-class platform that enables construction companies to manage projects more effectively. The Commercial Account Executive, MENA role is based on-site at Procore’s Dubai Internet City office and focuses on acquiring new strategic mid-sized customers across the MENA region. The position is primarily responsible for new logo acquisition and revenue growth through new solution sales to prospective customers that can benefit from Procore’s construction project management tools. The role involves applying Procore’s sales methodology, processes, and prospecting techniques to manage the full sales cycle, including inbound lead follow-up, self-prospecting, qualification, solution selling, negotiation, and deal closure. The Commercial AE works cross-functionally with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Solutions Engineers (SEs), and Account Managers to position Procore as the leading construction software solution, ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce.com, and enable smooth hand-off to post-enrollment activities such as product adoption and cross-selling. The role also requires maintaining detailed account, lead, and opportunity records, conducting product demonstrations, executing service agreements, and developing repeat business, referrals, and references by addressing the unique requirements of construction industry customers. Fluency in English and Arabic and the ability to work in the UAE are mandatory.

Key responsibilities
- Develop prospecting and account plans to build rapport, generate opportunities, and drive new logo acquisition.
- Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and gather business requirements.
- Execute the full sales cycle including inbound lead follow-up, self-prospecting, qualification, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
- Work cross-functionally with SDRs and Solutions Engineers to position Procore as the leading construction project management software.
- Maintain accurate leads, opportunities, accounts, and forecasts within Salesforce.com.
- Provide sales management with reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and projects as requested.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth hand-off to post-enrollment activities including product adoption and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain competitive knowledge to effectively communicate Procore’s value proposition.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Generate repeat business, referrals, and references by addressing customer-specific requirements.
- Conduct networking, relationship building, cold calling, email outreach, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements.
Experience & skills
- Hold a BA/BS degree or possess equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate success in B2B software sales within the commercial market.
- Apply a consultative, solution-based sales methodology throughout the sales cycle.
- Show proven success in inside sales and/or outside sales models.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM and opportunity management systems.
- Exhibit the ability to build and manage sales pipeline and forecasting activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency with G Suite products and online collaboration tools.
- Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and Zoom presentations.
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Be legally able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
