AD Ports Group is seeking a Senior Specialist – HCM to configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple functional modules in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for end-to-end functional ownership of Oracle HCM Cloud modules excluding Payroll, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, Learning Cloud, Compensation Management, Absence Management, and optional OTL. The position designs and implements approval workflows, security roles, and user access controls, ensures compliance with HR policies and data security standards, and provides ongoing functional support. The role collaborates closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations, supports UAT and end-user training, manages data migration and reconciliation activities, develops and maintains reports and extracts, and applies new Oracle HCM Cloud features through regular release updates. The position requires deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM architecture, integrations, reporting, and configuration to support enterprise-scale HR operations within a diversified trade and logistics group.
