Job description
AD Ports Group is seeking a Senior Specialist β HCM to configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple functional modules in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for end-to-end functional ownership of Oracle HCM Cloud modules excluding Payroll, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, Learning Cloud, Compensation Management, Absence Management, and optional OTL. The position designs and implements approval workflows, security roles, and user access controls, ensures compliance with HR policies and data security standards, and provides ongoing functional support. The role collaborates closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations, supports UAT and end-user training, manages data migration and reconciliation activities, develops and maintains reports and extracts, and applies new Oracle HCM Cloud features through regular release updates. The position requires deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM architecture, integrations, reporting, and configuration to support enterprise-scale HR operations within a diversified trade and logistics group.

Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, Learning Cloud, Compensation Management, and Absence Management
- Design and implement approval workflows, security roles, and user access controls within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues across HCM modules
- Ensure system configurations comply with HR policies and data security standards
- Conduct user acceptance testing and deliver training sessions for end users
- Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during implementations and enhancements
- Develop and maintain reports and extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
- Apply Oracle HCM Cloud release updates and evaluate new features for business relevance
- Support integrations and automation using REST APIs, Fusion integration frameworks, and scripting tools
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in HR, IT, or a related field
- Possess 6β8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules excluding Payroll
- Demonstrate expertise in Core HR workforce structures, person management, and employment models
- Exhibit strong functional knowledge of Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, Learning Cloud, and Absence Management
- Demonstrate experience with approval workflows, security roles, and user access management
- Maintain proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, PL/SQL, XML, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loader
- Demonstrate understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and related Financials, SCM, or HRMS modules
- Hold Oracle HCM certification as a preferred qualification
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Arabic languages
