Job description
Daily banking, cash and cheque deposits and a steady flow of parent payment queries set the rhythm of the week in the King's College Riyadh Finance team. Behind that sits the full accounts receivable cycle, from tuition fee invoicing and Zenda administration to non-Zenda and miscellaneous collections. Credit control matters here, so you will manage AR ageing, chase overdue accounts, issue reminders and handle account suspensions in line with school policy. Refunds, approved discounts, petty cash, staff advances and journal vouchers also pass through your hands. Month-end closing depends on accurate AR schedules, bank and control account reconciliations and other income reporting. Compliance runs alongside all of this, covering internal controls, ministry requirements, tax regulations and audit requests. Proficiency in ERP and finance systems such as NetSuite or NSPB Planning is expected, and experience in a school finance setting will help. Applicants need 2 to 5 years in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with ACCA, CMA or CPA welcome but not essential. Start date is October 2026.
