Job description
The Revenue Head – PropTech Platform role is based in Riyadh and operates within a leading Saudi-based PropTech organization that is transforming the real estate sector through digital innovation. The position is responsible for leading revenue growth for a fast-scaling digital real estate platform by defining and executing revenue strategies aligned with overall company objectives. The role leads and develops the sales organization responsible for business development activities with developers, brokers, and enterprise clients, while also overseeing the partnerships function to identify, establish, and manage strategic alliances and distribution partners. The Revenue Head defines revenue goals and KPIs and ensures consistent achievement through proactive pipeline management, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with executive leadership across Finance, Technology, and Product to align revenue initiatives with strategic priorities. Responsibilities include designing and executing go-to-market strategies for new digital services and products, negotiating key commercial contracts, pricing structures, and revenue-sharing agreements, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities within the PropTech and digital real estate landscape. - Have experience leading and managing high-performing sales and commercial teams.
