Job description
Sephora Middle East is hiring a Creative and Content Manager to lead the creative output for the brand across multiple customer touchpoints. This position plays a critical role in shaping and executing impactful campaign concepts across digital, social, in-store, and OOH channels. You will manage a team of graphic designers and copywriters, collaborate with stakeholders across marketing and retail, and own the end-to-end creative campaign processâfrom concept to execution. With a passion for beauty and an eye for detail, you'll translate Sephoraâs unique brand voice into captivating customer experiences while upholding regional relevance, especially during key commercial periods like Ramadan and festive seasons.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a creative team of graphic designers and copywriters to ensure high-quality, timely output.
- Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure creative alignment.
- Develop and pitch creative concepts across digital, social, retail, and OOH platforms.
- Support Creative Director in implementing long-term brand vision and creative strategy.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and campaign deliverables to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, marketing, retail) to ensure cohesive messaging and design consistency.
- Direct and manage photoshoots for product executions, including art direction and planning.
- Use campaign performance insights to refine and optimize creative output in collaboration with the media team.
- Drive creative innovation while staying aligned with market trends and brand voice.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably with retail or agency background.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams, deliver results, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate vision into deliverables.
- Experience managing photoshoots and visual storytelling for product launches.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
