Job description
As part of the Salesforce Practice Sales team, the Practice Engagement Manager will build and cultivate relationships and opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, selling Salesforce ecosystem services and solutions. The role involves working closely with Infosys industry sales and client partner teams across the Middle East and Europe, serving as a trusted advisor and positioning Infosys as a Salesforce partner of choice. The PEM is responsible for client interfaces within accounts across various industries, building portfolio plans, and managing business growth and client engagement based on strategic plans.

Key responsibilities
- Responsible for building a portfolio and driving revenues for the Engineering Business unit in Middle East and Europe
- Conduct research, competitor analysis and client presentations for the Salesforce Services Catalogue
- Ensure client delivery assurance by confirming the client commitment and driving the delivery process
- Drive revenues from Go-to-market solutions sponsored by the business unit
- Provide guidance and direction to support implementation of clientâs strategy under assigned technology competency
- Build customized solutions for target accounts and manage revenue and delivery of these solutions
- Share responsibility for Client Management processes â Plan-Sell-Deliver-Manage with the relationship manager
- Make pricing decisions with the relationship manager of the account under the Master Services Agreement
- Help build future alliances and nurture existing alliances with product vendors under the assigned technology
- Build effective relationships across the business to support Associate Practice Engagement Manager responsibilities
Experience & skills
- Must have led client facing consulting or sales engagements in Telecommunications, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail & CPG, Energy & Utilities, or Logistics
- Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem clouds like Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Industries, CPQ
- Business Development and Project Management experience required
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
- Global Delivery Model experience desirable
- Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams desirable
- Track record as Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
