Job description

The AV Support Engineer at the Museum of the Future in Dubai ensures seamless audiovisual experiences for immersive exhibits and high-profile events. Reporting to the Head of AV, the engineer installs and maintains projection, display, and interactive systems; provides onsite support during installation, operation, and teardown; analyzes performance; and proactively resolves issues. The role contributes to process improvements, technology enhancements, and documentation of configurations and issue resolutions to support the museum’s cutting-edge visitor experience.
