Job description
As the Director of Marketing, you will act as the strategic brand custodian for Raffles & Fairmont Doha, ensuring all marketing and communication initiatives reflect the highest standards of the Accor brand. This role requires both strategic vision and operational leadership to safeguard brand integrity, drive visibility, enhance engagement, and deliver measurable business growth across the hotels’ offerings. You will oversee the design and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies, manage agencies and high-value partnerships, and position the hotels as premier destinations in the GCC and beyond. By aligning with Accor’s global and regional teams, you will reinforce key brand pillars such as luxury, innovation, sustainability, and community engagement, ensuring the hotels remain at the forefront of luxury hospitality.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record in multi-channel marketing, PR, brand partnerships, and agency management.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is required.
- Experience working with global brand standards, preferably in an international hospitality group.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer behavior, and market positioning across GCC and global markets.
- Skilled in media planning, digital strategy, influencer engagement, and visual branding.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
