Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join the Marketing team at Zabeel House The Greens by Jumeirah. This role ensures that the brand promise of upscale casual is embodied across all brand and marketing initiatives globally. The role requires active involvement in creative development, campaign management, social media coordination, and property PR activations, while maintaining alignment with brand standards and voice.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure that the brand promise of upscale casual comes to life in all brand and marketing initiatives implemented across multiple platforms globally
- Review and approval of brand communication materials from the hotel team to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Manage creative development of advertisements for global Brand and Digital Marketing campaigns (on and offline)
- Ensure timely delivery of ads in accordance to media plan, using in-house design resources
- Work with PR agency on property activations and releases
- Manage social media accounts for LAH LAH, Native Club, and Zabeel House
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
- Experience ideally gained within the hospitality, service or luxury industries
- Proven understanding of the luxury segment / guest
- Experience in delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels (offline and digital)
- Sound knowledge of drafting creative briefs, campaign development, implementation and measurement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective presentation skills
- High attention to detail
