Job description
The Senior Named Account Executive β Digital Natives is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth across Saudi Arabia by leading end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise-level and digital native clients. The role requires deep technical understanding of Cloudflare's products, including Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing, combined with advanced sales acumen. The incumbent will architect territory and account plans, understand complex customer IT architectures, align Cloudflare Reference Architectures, and orchestrate multi-unit engagements. This position involves advanced negotiation, platform solution selling, virtual team leadership, digital transformation advisory, compelling value articulation, coaching, and executive-level stakeholder management. The executive will consistently exceed multi-million dollar sales quotas, manage pipeline and forecasts, and serve as a trusted advisor and authority on digital transformation trends.

Key responsibilities
- Architect and execute advanced territory and account plans to exceed multi-million dollar sales targets
- Lead proactive and strategic pipeline management and deliver highly accurate forecasts to sales leadership
- Develop deep understanding of customers' IT architectures and align Cloudflare Reference Architectures to drive platform solutions
- Orchestrate multiple complex customer engagements across business units and influence technical C-level minus one executives
- Lead virtual teams including in-GEO specialists, Product Managers, Deal Desk, and Legal to collaboratively close complex opportunities
- Position Cloudflare as a key enabler of digital transformation initiatives and articulate compelling strategic value propositions
- Expertly negotiate and close large, complex deals, ensuring win-win scenarios
- Build long-term executive-level relationships to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
- Coach and mentor team members to improve communication, quality of work, and professional growth
- Leverage company-wide learnings to enhance department and team execution and contribute to organizational leadership
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of advanced experience selling complex technology solutions into Digital Native companies in Saudi Arabia with consistent multi-million dollar quota attainment
- Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken
- Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing
- Proven ability to understand complex IT architectures and map to Cloudflare Reference Architectures
- Experience leading and influencing virtual cross-functional teams to close complex deals
- Exceptional strategic communication and presentation skills for executive and technical stakeholders
- Advanced negotiation and contract closure skills for six-figure to multi-million dollar deals
- Expert-level sales proficiency in discovery, positioning, competitive selling, closing, and expansion strategies
- Authority on digital transformation trends and their impact on enterprise customers
- Strong coaching and mentorship abilities
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, G-suite, MSFT suite, and application of MEDDPICC framework
- Bachelorβs degree required; technical background preferred
- Ability to travel as required to engage with customers and internal teams
