Job description
As a Partner Development Manager (ISVs) at Microsoft, you will drive innovation by identifying and accelerating high-potential Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East and Africa. You’ll work closely with incubators, VC firms, and strategic organizations to help partners build, launch, and scale AI and cloud-based solutions on Azure. The role blends sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, technical mentorship, and go-to-market execution, and is a key part of Microsoft’s growth agenda in the region.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise high-potential ISVs through insights from venture capital, industry, and internal teams
- Drive targeted partner recruitment aligned with Cloud & AI priorities and market differentiation
- Engage and build trusted relationships with ISV C-suite executives
- Secure partner commitments to build on Microsoft platforms, including Azure Commit to Consume agreements
- Facilitate product development workshops and guide architecture design
- Conduct Well Architected Framework reviews and support incentive adoption
- Oversee marketplace activation, onboarding, and issue resolution for Azure Marketplace
- Launch and promote transactable solutions on Azure Marketplace with co-sell enablement
- Develop joint business plans and solution roadmaps with ISVs
- Track KPIs such as ISV adds, Azure solutions, pipeline generation, marketplace billed sales, and Copilot wins
- Represent Microsoft at startup forums and tech investment events
Experience & skills
- Proven track record in solution sales and strategic partner engagement
- Technical proficiency in software development with Azure or equivalent cloud certifications
- Familiarity with Cloud and AI landscape in the Middle East market
- Experience building long-term relationships with incubators, VCs, and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience in commercial strategy, architecture design guidance, and marketplace operations
