Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the products and services offered, providing testing & commissioning, engineering, programming, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and customers, conducting field service calls and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Verify system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements, shop drawings, and sequence of operations.
• Test, calibrate, and verify system and peripheral devices according to all applicable standards and codes.
• Generate leads from contracted sites, estimate support, and supply quotes to customers on adds and extras identified or as requested.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues by diagnosing malfunctions and recommending corrective actions.
• Mentor junior field service engineers and provide training to customers on product usage and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of service work, including reports on equipment performance and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner according to company standards and governmental regulations.
