Job description
The Executive Secretary at LikeCard in Dubai provides high-level administrative and executive support to executive management in a fast-paced, technology-driven digital payments and gift cards company. The role ensures operational efficiency, effective communication, and smooth coordination across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key activities include organizing and managing executive schedules, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, coordinating meetings, preparing minutes and following up on action items, managing emails and phone calls, maintaining electronic and paper files, professionally handling visitors and clients, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, and supporting management with daily tasks and special projects.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
- Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
