Job description
As a Manager, Private Banking Acquisition at Emirates NBD, your role is to develop the Bankās market share of all Private Banking (PB) products and focus on bringing New To Bank customers from the UAEās High Net Worth population. You will penetrate the UAE & GCC markets to attract HNW clients and support offshore platforms in London, Singapore, and KSA. The position includes managing onboarding, initial funding, and relationship building until smooth handover to PB Relationship Managers, with a focus on CASA, FD, mortgage, Lombard lending, and investment AUM for clients with USD 3M+ relationship value.

Key responsibilities
- Develop the market share of all Private Banking products, focusing on HNW clients.
- Expand the PB customer base by targeting new millionaires and HNW individuals in the UAE and GCC.
- Support acquisition and onboarding of NTB clients, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes including funding and AUM transfer.
- Manage client relationships up to six months and coordinate transition to PB Relationship Managers.
- Identify and acquire new HNW clients for priority and private banking services through strategic outreach.
- Promote products including CASA, FD, mortgage, Lombard lending, and investment AUM with relationship values above USD 3 million.
- Collaborate with offshore platforms (London, Singapore, KSA) to grow international client base.
- Ensure strong engagement and relationship continuity during onboarding phase.
- Work closely with Retail Banking Sales to facilitate NTB customer acquisition.
Experience & skills
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
- Experience in Priority or Private Banking products is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage high-value client portfolios and complex banking products.
